Q: I uploaded my presets and now I can't find it?
A: Please be patient, our system requires that an admin check the preset and makes sure everything is clean of any viruses and the preset works with the provided instructions. If you have been waiting for your preset to show up for over 72 hours please drop us an E-Mail.

Q: Help I've uploaded my preset to the wrong category what can I do? Can you change it for me?
A: It might take some time for us to change your category but rest assured we can do it. Also if you login to the system and view your preset then you can change the category yourself. Yes it is that easy to move your preset to a different category.

Q: How do I upload my preset to your repository?
A: Click the login link on the left menu and go through the authentication process. If you don't have an account follow the links to create one. Once you have logged in you should see an add link in the menu.

Q: I found a bug in your software how do I report it to you?
A: Write down the step you followed and the link you ended up at with the error. Then E-Mail us at presetbug@lededesings.com with all this information. If you have a file that goes with it please also attach it to the E-Mail so we can try and reproduce the problem.

Q: Where is the version of the scene file for older versions of LightWave?
A: We have tested the LightWave 8.+ file and it works in older versions of LightWave.
